Travel RN Opportunity – Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Location: Dallas, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Unit: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Beds: 33
Staff: Over 30 (RNs, LVNs, PCT, Social Workers)
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 12 hours (7 AM – 7 PM)
- Night Shift: 12 hours (7 PM – 7 AM)
Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 5-6 patients
Equipment: Rehab equipment, nursing unit equipment (no PCA pumps)
EMR System: Meditech
On-Call Requirement: None
Floating: May float to med/surg nursing unit if census drops

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hospital experience in med/surg or inpatient rehab

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in inpatient rehabilitation

Typical Procedures Performed

Bladder scans
Drain and suture removal
