MRI Technologist

Location

Medford, Oregon

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Night shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Call may be assigned based on staffing and department needs
Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours during the first work week
Additional orientation time is 2–4 weeks on day shift, with possible back-up call until comfortable on nights

Required Qualifications

Valid MRI Technologist license in Oregon
MRI Technologist (1 year of experience)
MRI Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree

Experience

One year of experience in a clinical diagnostic hospital setting is preferred

Work Setting / Duties

MRI procedures include neuro with perfusion, MSK, abdomen, critical care patients, pediatric patients including some NICU, and general anesthesia patients
Unit has 2 rooms
An aide will be working with the technologist for all hours
No floating to other units or departments

Additional Notes

Local candidates are not accepted; there is a 50-mile radius restriction
Medical scrubs are required
Housing/lodging is not mentioned
