Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Shift: PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Relevant Job Duties
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments across the lifespan
- Provides direct nursing care and supports patient care delivery
- Maintains accurate clinical documentation, including patient education and progress toward outcomes
- Follows safety protocols, including Universal Protocol and use of two patient identifiers
- Supports patient and family education before and after procedures
- Assists with pre-admission testing and evaluates orders for completeness and appropriateness
- Uses emergency equipment and follows emergency procedures
- Contributes to care coordination and prioritizes patient needs based on condition changes
