Schedule: 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Overview

Staff RN role in the operating room with responsibilities including patient assessment, care planning, intraoperative support, documentation, and handoff to recovery or the receiving unit. The role is for a CVOR setting, with possible floating to General OR.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
CVOR (3 years of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Trauma 1 experience
BSN

Schedule Notes

On-call requirement: 1–2 shifts per week
On-call weekends: 1–2 weekends per month
Holiday call may be required if assigned
