Required Qualifications

Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience, including experience within the last year
De-Escalation skills in a healthcare setting
Fit Test
Hepatitis B vaccination
MMR vaccination
TDAP vaccine / TD booster
TB testing
Knowledge of USP 800 Hazardous Drug Risk standards
Varicella vaccination
Acknowledgement of policies and procedures related to HCA's Employee Health and Safety or Education and risk management concerning USP 800 Hazardous Drug standards
