Location

Setting

Acute inpatient

Schedule

Day shift
40 hours per week
5x8 or 4x10 scheduling options
Weekend coverage required 2–3 days per month
Holidays rotate
No self-scheduling

Required Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona, active/in hand
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program, or equivalent
BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience outside of clinicals
Understanding of pathology, lab values, and interdisciplinary communication

Role Highlights

Evaluate, plan, administer, and supervise physical therapy treatment
Treat patients in areas including ED and Med Surg
Typical caseload is 8–10 patients per day
Works with PTAs
Covers total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis cases

Start date is not flexible
No more than 5 days of requested time off
100-mile radius rule applies
