Diagnostic Imaging - Contract Position

Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in areas such as OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, and/or ophthalmology.
Apply sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention as requested by a licensed practitioner.
Exercise professional judgment and maintain medical ethics.
Provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion.
May be floated to other departments where qualified before core staff is floated.

Qualifications

Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited sonography program or equivalent.
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (or equivalent approved certification).
Licensed in the State of Oregon as an Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer.

Shift

8:15 AM to 6:45 PM
