Overview

Provide speech-language pathology and dysphagia services, including evaluation, treatment, and patient/family education for communication and swallowing needs. The role supports adult patients in acute and outpatient settings and requires travel to multiple points of care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oregon
Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
BLS
Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition needs
Communicate professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members
Support teamwork within the rehabilitation setting
