Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Contract)

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech with strong Electrophysiology (EP) experience to support both the Cath Lab and EP Team. Responsibilities include scrubbing for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures as well as electrophysiology/device implants.

Work Schedule

4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (day shifts)
Night and weekend call rotation
Approximately 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year
Experience as an Electrophysiology Technician
Certification as RCES, RCIS, or ARRT (RT)
VI or CI certification
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification

Additional Requirements

Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility (Radius Rule)
Must comply with Colorado CAPS registration requirements (may take up to two weeks to obtain)
Accurate Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for onboarding

Notes

Prior travel experience is required for this role.
This position involves both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures as well as electrophysiology/device implant support.
