Respiratory Therapist

Overview

Contract role in Tuba City, Arizona
Day or night shift, based on operational needs
3 or 4 shifts per week
On-call responsibilities, holiday coverage, and overtime as required
No leave requests will be approved for this duration

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in respiratory care or equivalent certificate of completion in respiratory care
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NRP

Additional Information

Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start; housing is available at additional cost
COVID & FLU exemptions may be accepted after declination form is submitted
