Night shift, 12:00 AM to 8:15 AM; Monday to Friday with alternate weekends and some holidays.

Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Valid RN license in New York
- Intermediate Care (3 years of experience)
- Intermediate Care experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience in Supervisory roles
- Joint Commission Readiness experience
- Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) experience
- Assistant Director of Nursing experience
- House Supervisor experience
Role Overview
- Provides shift responsibility for patient care on the unit
- Oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Supports staffing, budgeting, quality management, and operational performance
- Educates and evaluates staff
- Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
