Schedule

Night shift, 12:00 AM to 8:15 AM; Monday to Friday with alternate weekends and some holidays.

Contract Length

Required Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing
Valid RN license in New York
Intermediate Care (3 years of experience)
Intermediate Care experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Experience in Supervisory roles
Joint Commission Readiness experience
Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) experience
Assistant Director of Nursing experience
House Supervisor experience

Role Overview

Provides shift responsibility for patient care on the unit
Oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
Supports staffing, budgeting, quality management, and operational performance
Educates and evaluates staff
Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
