• 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• No weekends

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (MR)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations per department protocol
• Verify patient identity and orders, and prepare patients for exams
• Select appropriate scanning techniques and protocols with the radiologist
• Administer intravenous contrast material under supervision when ordered
• Operate MRI equipment and related information systems
• View, transfer, archive, and manipulate images
• Follow MRI safety, infection control, sterile technique, and documentation procedures

Post-Hire Expectations

• Complete departmental IV certification competency within 3 months of hire
• Complete the controlled substance module within 6 months of hire, where applicable
• Complete the initial moderate sedation module within 6 months of hire, where applicable
