Operating Room Surgical Tech - Vineland, New Jersey

Job Overview

• Competent in service lines including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatric Dental, Urology, and Pain Management.
• May float between Vineland and Elmer locations.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• One night per week and one weekend per month on call, including holidays.
• Weekday call hours: 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Weekend call hours: 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday.

Certifications & Licensure

• Current American Heart Association BLS required.
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required.

Orientation & Onboarding

• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; failure to complete results in immediate termination.
• Orientation includes virtual welcome meeting, online HealthStream modules, in-person classes (typically Tuesday-Thursday), and unit-based orientation.
• Badge ID must be obtained in person during orientation; photo submissions are not accepted.
• Scrubs are provided.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks.
