Schedule

• Days, 10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• One weekend on-call per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• 3 years of experience to scrub and circulate in the operating room
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• 3 years of expert experience with Orthopedic Spine cases
• 3 years of expert experience with Robotic surgical cases
• Ortho Trauma experience

Preferred Qualifications

• National certification in the specialty area

Orientation / Start Requirements

• Full orientation must be completed; failure to do so results in immediate termination
• Assigned modules must be completed by Monday during orientation
• In-person classes are required during orientation, including a POCT class outside orientation week
• Badge appointment must be completed during orientation; badge is required for clock-in

• Scrubs are provided by the hospital
