Certified Surgical Technician CVOR

Job Overview

Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
Schedule: 5 eight-hour shifts
Call: Nights/weekends, split among the cardiac OR team

Role Summary

Cardiac experience is required.
Must also be able to work general OR cases, including general, gyn, urology, robotics, ortho, ENT, breast/plastics, spine, and thoracic.
Cardiac cases may occasionally run into the evening.

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 1 year of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Cardiac experience

Onboarding Requirements

2-step TB test or IGRA
MMR immunity documentation
Varicella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B documentation
Tdap within the last 10 years
Fit test
Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation
COVID-19 vaccine is preferred but not required
Criminal background check
OIG search
SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
Drug screen
Module completion certificate
Ohio fingerprints
Social Security trace
National sex offender search
