Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oklahoma
- Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- CCC
- Experience in a(n) Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting
Additional Information
- New grads are okay if they have Level II experience; Level I observation experience is not sufficient.
- The role includes evaluating, treating, documenting, and coordinating care for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
- The SLP may supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists.
