• Provides professional/clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience with at least 1 year of experience within the last year.
• Oncology experience.
• Experience with Epic.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS.
• Driver's License.
• Work history/resume.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
• License verification.
• Copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.

Additional Notes

• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Local candidates may be accepted for Madison with a 10% rate reduction.
