Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Description

• Work schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with Tuesday off each week.
• Facility closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Time off requests during the week are managed by swapping days with the manager to ensure patient care coverage.
• Both local candidates and first-time travelers are accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, with experience within the last year.
• At least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• Clear, passport-style photo required for badge.
• Completion of facility-specific security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA, and information security training forms required.
• Medication/pharmacology competency exams required as applicable.
