Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Vascular Sonographer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ARDMS
• ARDMS RVT
• CCI RVS
• RDCS - RVT

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Current valid driver’s license, state ID, or government photo ID
• Resume/application
• Skills checklist
• Employment history with 7 years of employment if applicable, plus explanation for gaps
• Competency exam completed within 1 year of start and meeting a minimum score of 80%
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• Sex offender search
• Education verification or transcript/diploma if verification cannot be completed
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit testing within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Flu vaccination, declination, or exemption during flu season
• CLEAR enrollment for identity verification
• Photo for badge

• Candidate may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on a relief team.
