Neuro ICU Travel/Contract Nurse

Overview

Location: Columbia, Missouri
Setting: 30-bed Neuro ICU
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Work pattern: Every other weekend
Holiday requirement: 50% holidays
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Neuro ICU (1 year of experience)
Neuro ICU experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Background check within 60 days of start
Missouri state-specific background searches within 60 days of start
Drug screen within 60 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start
TB screening within 1 year of start
Immunization/documentation requirements for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and flu season compliance
Facility onboarding forms and acknowledgements required within 60 days of start

Notes

NIH Stroke Certification is preferred, but not required for Neuro ICU.
