- Variable schedule may include days or evenings, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
- Call is required
- Weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on unit needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot
- Experience with Liver Transplant procedures
- Ability to scrub
- Neurology experience
- Orthopedics experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Experience
- Eyes
- ENT
- GU
- Plastics
- Burns
Additional Requirements
- Must complete a unit-specific competency exam
- Must complete an EKG competency exam within 1 year of start and annually thereafter
- Must complete a medication/pharmacology competency exam prior to start
- Must complete required orientation and compliance acknowledgements
- Must complete required background check and fingerprinting
- Must complete required health screenings and immunization documentation
- 2 professional references are required, including at least 1 from a manager, director, supervisor, or other formal leadership role
