Overview

Travel/contract role in Atlanta, Georgia
Home health setting with home visits and periodic office meetings
Day shift, 5x8 schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
40 hours per week
13-week contract

Responsibilities

Start of care and follow-up visits
Average 5–6 patients per day
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Georgia
Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License
Experience with Homecare Homebase
