Evening shift
5x8 hours
40 hours per week
Every other weekend
Every other holiday, if needed
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in New York
LPN / LVN (1 year of experience)
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Long Term Care experience
Experience with Epic

Job Details

Will float within skill set
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted
Ratio: 1:10

Additional Notes

Requests for time off, block scheduling, and special scheduling must be submitted at time of application
Government-issued photo ID required
Must be available to complete health-related requirements and lab work within 5 days of signing the contract
