Required Qualifications

CT Technologist experience within the last year

Certifications

BLS
ACLS
NIH Stroke Certification: Required if applicable to the specialty

Health and Screening Requirements

Physical exam: Required within 12 months of start
TB screening: Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months of start
TB questionnaire: Required for all candidates
MMR immunity: Required
Varicella immunity: Required
Hepatitis B: Surface antibody titer or signed declination
Drug screen: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
Flu vaccination or declination: Required

Additional Notes

RTO limit: Maximum 7 days
Holidays: May be required to work major holidays during the assignment
Orientation: Non-billable orientation hours depend on contract length
