Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 on days/eves; 1:6 or 1:7 on nights

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Color Blind Testing Online within 1 year of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit testing using 3M N95 Model 1860
• Tdap vaccine
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Positive titers required for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• 2 recent work references
• Skills checklist annually
