Experience Requirements

Health & Compliance Requirements

Candidates must complete the following health-related requirements and lab work within 5 days of signing the contract:

• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, updated annually.
• Fit Mask Testing: Required within 1 year, with acceptable mask types specified.
• TB Testing: Negative Qgold, Tspot, or 2-step PPD within 1 year; if positive, additional documentation required.
• Immunizations:

  • Rubeola (Measles): Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
  • Mumps: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
  • Rubella: Positive titer or 1 MMR/Rubella vaccine required.
  • Hepatitis B: Positive titer, completed series, or declination required.
  • Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or documented history required.
• Drug Testing: Required within 30 days of start.
• Flu Vaccination/Documentation: Required during flu season or signed declination.
• Eye Exam: Snellen exam within 1 year of start.

Background & Verification Requirements
