Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Mount Vernon, Washington.
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Weekends: every other weekend
• Call: No
• Locals allowed: Yes
• First-time travelers accepted: Yes
• Block scheduling: willing to discuss during interview
• One approved major holiday RTO is allowed if disclosed at time of submission.

Unit / Float Scope

• Floating required to ICU and M/S.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Critical Care Float experience within the last year
• 1 year of Critical Care Float experience
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
• Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Competency Exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
• TB Questionnaire
• Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Rubeola (Measles): 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Mumps: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
• Hepatitis B: documentation of 3 doses, positive titer, or signed declination form
• Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• Photo for badge
• Confidentiality Statement
• Crime Disclosure Statement
• Potential Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Compliance Checklist
• Primary source verification of state license
• If using a Multi-State license from outside Washington, 6-hour Washington suicide prevention training completion is required
