Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Idaho
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Resume
• Skills checklist completed within the past year
• 2 professional references

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination, declination, or exemption documentation
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• MMR immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B vaccination series or Heplisav series, with quantitative titers
• TB screening with 2-step PPD or IGRA within 6 months of start
• Fit test documentation
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
• Criminal background check
• Education verification
• EPLS screening
• GSA/OIG screening
• NSO screening
• Trinity specialty-specific competency testing within the past year
• Trinity color vision
