Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care - Per Diem - Nights

Location: Inglewood, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Start Date: January 17
Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work weekends. Preference for candidates available through end of January and first week of February.

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
• Night shift position requiring 12-hour shifts.
• Must meet minimum compliance requirements prior to starting.
• Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience within the last year.
• Experience in an Acute Care setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Night shift only.
• Per diem position for 26 weeks.
• Full compliance must be completed within two weeks of start.
• Fit testing must be completed prior to start if not done onsite.
• Drug screening includes both urine and saliva components for THC testing as per California regulations.

This position is suitable for experienced critical care RNs who meet the above licensure, certification, and compliance requirements and are available for night shifts on a per diem basis over a 6-month period.
