Job Opportunity: Endoscopy Registered Nurse

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide nursing care with a focus on Gastrointestinal (GI) and advanced endoscopy procedures including:

  • EGD, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, ERCP, Endoflip, ESD, POEM
  • Robotic-assisted bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy with stents, EBUS
  • Advanced endoscopy techniques such as ERCP, EUS, Double Balloon, POEM, ION Robot
  • Motility studies including PH impedance, ATMOS pill cam, Bravo (both performing and reading)
• Work hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (no weekends, no call, no holidays required)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy experience, with endoscopy experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

• No prior travel experience explicitly required
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgment required
• Contractor submittal form must be completed prior to start for facility access
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts
• 40 hours per week, day shift
