<p>Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Provide therapy services in an inpatient setting, ensuring high standards of patient care.</li>
  <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.</li>
  <li>Evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.</li>
  <li>Document patient care services in the electronic health record accurately and timely.</li>
  <li>Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and expected outcomes.</li>
  <li>Participate in case management reviews to coordinate comprehensive care plans.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
  <li>State license in-hand required with application submission.</li>
  <li>Experience with Meditech charting system strongly preferred.</li>
  <li>COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required; exemptions are provided for medical/religious reasons only.</li>
  <li>Completion of orientation modules, totaling approximately 8 non-billable hours.</li>
  <li>CPR Certification required.</li>
  <li>Ability to work Monday to Friday with one Saturday shift per month.</li>
</ul>
