Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Bellevue, Washington
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• No block schedule; flexibility is required
• RTO must be 5 days or less
• Must be available to work at least 2 of 3 holidays if scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• Post Partum experience
• Experience with Epic
• Experience with Magnesium Drips
• Experience with C Sections
• Floating to Post-Partum unit when needed
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• ACLS
• 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Employment application required
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or documentation
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number required
• Core competency and compliance requirements, including medication/pharmacology, restraints, OSHA, and annual core modules

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• PALS
• TNCC
