Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Johnson City, Tennessee
• Day shift: 4x12 hours, 6:30–19:00
• 48 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• No call
• Floating required
• Must be comfortable floating and working 1:7 ratios when floated to MS
• 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 schedules are available

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

• 3 references preferred

Additional Assignment Details

• 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
• General orientation begins on Sundays and includes online CBLs
• Hospital may cancel or call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
• Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment may be flexed as needed for census decrease or decreased resource need without penalty
• Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside clinical care practice
