Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Critical care experience within the last 12 months
- Adult trauma and burns experience
- Tracheostomy patient care experience
- Spinal cord injury patient experience
- Complex sleep disordered breathing experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric experience
Unit / Patient Population
- Patient populations include BPICU, SICU, MICU, and NSICU
- The unit sees patients of all ages, with a small pediatric population
- The facility has a busy ED with ECLS transfers

Additional Requirements
- Background check and state/federal screening requirements apply
- Fit test required within 12 months of start
- Tdap required within 10 years of start
- TB screening required before start
