Job Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Cleveland, Ohio
20-week assignment; 13 weeks also accepted
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1.5 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

NIH Stroke Certification

Background check
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
Education verification
Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
Nursys verification within 30 days of start
Baseline competency exams in medication and ECG at orientation
Skills checklist
Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
TB screening or chest X-ray, depending on history
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption
Eye exam within 1 year of start
