Registered Nurse (RN) — Operating Room

Location

Sioux City, Iowa

Contract

13 weeks
Temporary assignment

Schedule

8 hours per day
Orientation is scheduled on multiple dates throughout the year

Role Overview

Works as part of an interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care
May float within the same discipline across local campuses
Patient ratio: 3:1
Cases include outpatient surgeries and infusion patients
Infusion medications may include blood, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics; no chemotherapy

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility; local candidates may be accepted in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
