Job info

The Progressive Care Unit is a 37-bed intermediate-acuity telemetry unit.
It manages complex cardiovascular and step-down patients, including acute coronary syndromes, decompensated heart failure, post-PCI, post-cardiac catheterization, arrhythmias requiring titratable antiarrhythmics, and patients needing vasoactive drips and high-flow oxygen support.
Ideal patient ratios: Days 4:1; Nights 5:1.

1 year of experience working as an RN in an acute care / inpatient hospital setting.

Some units may require ACLS certification prior to performing clinical care; training and certification opportunities will be provided.
Shift times:
- Day: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm
- Night: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
