Assignment Details

• 40-bed long term care facility
• Days shift
• 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
• 14-week contract

Required Qualifications

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Ability to do IV meds and dressing changes
• Ability to do admissions and understand the admission process
• Ability to do transfers, discharges, and fall reporting

Unit / Care Setting

• Long term care

Patient Load

• Resident-to-caregiver ratio at night: up to 35 residents per caregiver
• Resident-to-caregiver ratio during days: up to 35 residents per caregiver

Schedule

• 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday

Staffing Notes

• At night, med pass occurs at the beginning of the shift and there may be up to 2 CNAs
• During days, the nurse is responsible for all treatments and there may be up to 3 CNAs and potentially 1 Bath Aide (M-F)
