Overview

• 13-week assignment in Crosby, Minnesota
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift
• Start window: 0600-1000
• 8/10-hour shifts with possible call rotation

Required Qualifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to circulate
• Must be able to do endo cases
• Must do pre/post and PACU

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Prior travel experience

Clinical Setting

• OR
• 16-18 cases per day
• Adult and pediatric cases
• No robotics
• Minimally invasive surgery program
• Large bariatric program
• General surgery/bariatric, orthopedics, total joints, ENT, eye, podiatry, GI-Endo, GYN, urology, laparoscopic cases
• Endo done in OR by general surgeons
• ERCPs performed
• Stryker endo systems and DuPuy hips used

Additional Role Details

• Scrubs are provided
• Positive attitude, punctuality, low call-in tendency, clinically sound, able to get up to speed quickly, and team-oriented are emphasized
• Call every 4th weekend and once a week
• 30-minute return on call
• Techs do not have to be CST; OJT is acceptable if experienced
• Tech duties include instruments on weekends, decontamination, picking, and wrapping packs
