Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- BLS certification
- ICU/Intermediate (Stepdown) experience with a 3:1 or 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Trach and ventilator experience
- Must be able to titrate drips
Additional Notes
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday rotation required
- No call or standby requirement
- Floating required; travelers are first to float
- Drug screen required
- Submission requires the last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and requested time off
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- Unit uses bedside monitors and tele techs interpret strips while RN confirms
- Scrub color is any color
