Respiratory Therapist Tech - Night Shift

Location

Hilo, Hawaii

Employment Type

Length: 15 weeks

Schedule

Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Three 12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours)
No guarantee of hours

Job Description

Provide continuous airway management
Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilator support (PB 980, PB 840, V60, Para Pac Transport Ventilator)
Perform physician consulting and CPR
Deliver all aspects of respiratory care
Use computerized charting and Pyxis medication management systems
Care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Hawaii
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Completion of at least one travel assignment (no first assignments accepted)
BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
