Staffing:
- Day Shift: 4 RNs, 5 LPNs
- Night Shift: 4 RNs, 4 LPNs
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Equipment Used: Patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometer, inhalers/breathing treatments
EMR System: Meditech Magic

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in specialty (Rehabilitation)

Preferred Qualifications

CRRN Certification
ACLS Certification (within 90 days)
Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
LPNs must be IV certified (note: relevant if working alongside LPNs)

Typical Responsibilities

Assist in rehabilitation care plans established by interdisciplinary team
Perform lab draws, administer IV medications and blood as needed
Conduct head-to-toe assessments
Educate patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
