Travel RN Opportunity - Plano, Texas

Position Details

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit (Tele/PCU/Stepdown)
• Location: Plano, TX
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Weekend shifts, rotating schedule
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Call Requirements: Yes

Experience & Licensure Requirements

• Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
  • Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown
• Licensure: Active Texas RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Skills & Preferences

• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown experience preferred

Unit & Work Environment

• Unit: Telemetry, 6th Floor
• Floating Policy: As needed
• Dress Code:

  • Royal Blue scrubs for RNs
  • Clean, healthy nails (no artificial nails, gel, or similar)
  • Neat and clean hair; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab
  • Tattoos should be covered when possible
  • Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited (e.g., nose rings, tongue rings)
• Attendance: Company-wide attendance policy applies
