Job Details

• Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch)
• Work Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: None
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (1 lab)
• Equipment Used: GE Innova X-ray, Merge Hemo
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech (preferred experience)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Additional Information

• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), NSTEMI, Pulmonary Embolism (PE), Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Personality Fit: Positive and flexible
• Dress Code: Scrub color provided; no unacceptable attire specified
• Float Requirements: Interventional Radiology

• Orientation is bi-weekly.
• This is a travel assignment requiring candidates to be located 60 miles or more from the facility.
