Scheduling is self scheduling so super easy. 

The director was Donna when I was there and she was great. 

You're often short on supplies and the house sups are not helpful about getting them for you on nights/ weekends. Stocking overall is a problem. 

Ratios can stretch to 1:5 or 1:6. It's very chaotic even for an ER. Most of the staff are travelers. I liked the group I was with, but they're all gone now.
