Schedule

• Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts
• Weekend work required: 6 days per 6 weeks schedule period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• TNCC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Orientation / Onboarding

• New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days
• New hires are precepted and must complete organizational entry competency validation and Emergency Department-specific competency validation
• Newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation
• Annual competency verification is required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks
