Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Indiana
  • ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS or ENPC
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License
  • Must be more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Current driver’s license and permanent home address must be included on the submission, and the address must match the ID
