Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications required at submission (not provided onsite):
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- NIH Certification

Additional Requirements

Must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as a traveler
New Mexico state fingerprinting and background check required before hire:
- Fingerprint check must be in process prior to start
- Travelers may begin work on a 14-day waiver period while awaiting results but must be supervised during this time
Orientation is held weekly on Mondays

Notes

Client may require additional certifications beyond those listed
Compliance with New Mexico Department of Health background check procedures is mandatory
