Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Travel Position - Ogden, Utah
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel assignment
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: Day shift, 7 AM to 5 PM
- Facility Size: 232-bed hospital
- Ultrasound Rooms: 4
- Staffing: 2 full-time and 1 part-time ultrasound techs
- Equipment Used: GE Logiq, Parks
- EMR System: Meditech / PACS
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
- Weekend/On-call: Includes weekend and call rotation
Typical Procedures
- Abdomen/pelvic ultrasound
- Small parts ultrasound
- Breast ultrasound
- Vascular ultrasound
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of ultrasound technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification
- BLS certification
- General education for the Mountain Division, or assessment of sonographer competency, or training on hazardous drug risk management (USP 800)
Preferred Qualifications
- RVT certification
- Experience with breast ultrasound
