Role Summary

Provides nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care.
Works collaboratively with other disciplines on the unit.
Prioritizes nursing actions and carries out physician orders within appropriate time frames.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Wound Care (2 years of experience)
Wound Care experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Cerner
